Basic Email Client Configuration Information

In order to configure an email account you have set up in cPanel in an email client you will need the information listed below.

Please note that all connections to the mail server must be encrypted using SSL.

Email Address: anything@your-domain.co.uk

Username: anything@your-domain.co.uk

Password: Use the email account’s password.

Incoming Server: mail.your-domain.co.uk

IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
 
Outgoing Server: mail.your-domain.co.uk

SMTP Port: 465
 
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Set SMTP to use the same authentication (password) as the incoming server.
